V. Data retention period

Sabrina the Tech Witch retains personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy under “Purposes”.

If a longer retention period is justified by law or by compliance with another legal obligation, Sabrina the Tech Witch may retain the data for longer.

In any case, the retention period will not exceed 7 years.

VI. Data security

Sabrina the Tech Witch guarantees the security of the data on the part of her employees and subcontractors. In concrete terms, this means that the employees and subcontractors of Sabrina the Tech Witch are bound by confidentiality and that only those for whom it is necessary in the context of performing the agreement are given access to your personal data, and that they are contractually bound to the correct processing of the above-mentioned data.

If it is necessary for Sabrina the Tech Witch to disclose the personal data to third parties in this context, the third party in question is obliged to use the personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
