You already use Notion, or you want to start, and yet you're still the system. You're the one who remembers which client is waiting on what, what the next step is, and where that one piece of information lives.
I build a custom Notion system that takes that load off you, based on what already works for you.
How it works
1. Discovery call
A free 30-minute call. You tell me where things get stuck, I tell you what's possible.
2. Tailored proposal
I take my time to think it over and send you a proposal with a fixed price. I don't name a figure during the call.
3. Build and handover
I build the system and we walk through it together. You get a written guide.
4. Test and adjust
You use it in your real working week, then I make one round of adjustments.
5. Aftercare
For a month, you can come to me with questions.
What I build
No off-the-shelf package: every system is different. These are examples of what's possible.
Overview and focus
A calm start page with at most three focus tasks, project and task management that fit together, and real deadlines kept apart from "someday" tasks.
Clients and collaboration
A page per client, a place for input and feedback, a reusable client template, and a shielded space for freelancers or team members.
Content
A content calendar with status, platform and type, an image library, and an overview of your stats.
Numbers
A dashboard with quarterly and yearly overviews, expense tracking, and budget next to actual spend. Or a booking system whose formulas finally add up.
Admin
Templates for quotes, invoices and onboarding, and all your contacts in one place.
Automation and AI
Forms and client database that flow into your email tool on their own, and practical Notion AI workflows, like having invoices booked in bulk.
What isn't a fit
Writing strategy or content, bookkeeping, and ongoing management of your system. Software subscriptions you pay straight to the vendor.
